Gary claims he's not stupid, and maybe he's right.  He's 17 and doing what adolescents do, at least in art - pushing boundaries, and seeking solidity in a morass of ethical relativism.

Thus, when asked to do a class presentation about a living hero, one who's an inspiration to millioins, Gary picks Osama bin Laden.
